Class Fee:  $40 (cash or check made payable to Well Source Development).  Payment to be collected at the time of the class.

Online Requirement:  Upon registration you will receive a separate email from the Health and Safety Institute (or the email address info@hsi.com).  

 

This email will contain a link to complete some mandatory online video modules prior to your scheduled class.  Your online modules could take you approximately 2.5-3.5 hours to complete, however you can work through them at your own pace.  

 

Your online work will satisfy the written exam for your CPR and First Aid certification.
