Owning a pool and knowing CPR go hand in hand.  Whether you have a pool of your own or you plan to spend time at water parks, community pools or beaches this season, chances are that you will not be in the presence of a lifeguard on duty at all times.

No one ever plans for a fun-filled and relaxing day at the pool to turn into an emergency situation where life-saving skills are needed, therefore everyone should strong-arm themselves with knowing basic rescue skills just in case. 

 

Accidental drownings, falls, and cardiac emergencies can happen at any time and very easily around swimming pools, so it’s up to you to make sure you are prepared.

Frequently asked questions:

 

Does my overnight stay include our meals?

Your overnight stay includes hotel accommodations and 4 passes to the water park for the duration of your stay.  Several restaurants and cafes are located within the resort with a variety of food options for purchase during your stay.

 

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check in is at 4:00pm, however you are encouraged to arrive on Friday by 11:00am or anytime thereafter to maximize your visit at the water park.  The water park opens at 11:00am, and although your room will not be guaranteed to be ready before 4:00pm, there are plenty of locker rooms and changing areas to use. You are also able to store additional belongings with hotel staff in a designated storage area.  Storage will also be available the day of your departure (Saturday, April 9th) after your 11:00am checkout if you wish to continue using the water park before leaving the resort.

 

I want to attend the CPR class but do not wish to spend the night – is that an option?

Of course!  Our only requirement is that you pre-register for the class in the link we have provided above.  Single-day water park passes are also available for purchase at a discounted fee of $75 per person (though see that the discounted room fees are much better bargains for families/groups!)

I want to attend the waterpark and the Resort for the discounted overnight stay, but I'm already trained in CPR - can I book a room at the Resort for the discount offer without attending the class?

Yes!  We are drawing people in from near and far and who are taking advantage of all combinations of this promotional offer.  However, time and space/availability for both offers are limited - book your hotel stay prior to March 25th to take advantage of the discounted rate.

 

What if the rooms are sold out when I book mine?  What are my options?
