To add to your training and become certified:

1. Send an email to your course instructor with your request.  Please provide your first and last name as you would like it printed on your certification card.  Send an email to info@WellSourceDevelopment.net.

2. In your email please also notify your instructor how you wish to send your payment ($30) -- payments of cash check or money order can be sent by mail:

3.  Once payment is received, you will receive a separate email from the Health and Safety Institute (HSI); this will contain a link to a series of video modules that take approximately 3-4 hours to complete (all self-paced)

When you have completed your video modules simply send a follow-up email to notify your instructor and your certification card will be processed and sent to your email by the Health and Safety Institute (HSI).
