The 21-Day Journaling Challenge

Writing is a POWERFUL tool that is helpful in removing some of the mental "clutter" to make room for clarity.  Numerous studies have discovered many benefits of handwritten journal entries, including but not limited to improvements in overall cognitive function, memory and learning, emotional processing, overall mood enhancement, reduced feelings of stress, anxiety and depression, and an increase in creativity and self-awareness.

But please - don't take my word for it - give journaling a try for yourself.  Commit to writing for as little as 5 minutes everyday for the next 21 days and watch some very transformative things happen in your life right before your eyes!

Don't have a journal handy?  Unsure of what to write in a journal? No problem!

I've put together a downloadable, printable journal for you, complete with some good, thought-provoking writing prompts to help you get started.  And here's the good news -- there's no single "right way" to do this -- this is YOUR space to write, whatever comes to mind, whatever is in you that flows through you.
